1. MULTI START DIES CAN ALSO be supplied.CIRCULAR THREAD CUTTINGDIES and HEX DIE NUTS are being produced to BS, IS, DIN &American Standards.The company produce dies to "CUSTOMERSPECIFICATION" also.Generally dies supplied are cut threads, splitand thread produced are to medium / 6g / 2A tolerance. Howeversolid ground (Lapped threads) dies, can also be supplied againstspecific orders. Company is specialised in manufacturing dies tovarious thread tolerance such as 2A, 3A, 6g, 8g, 4h, 6h, 6e, etc.Dies suitable to cut S. S., Brass, Copper, Aluminum can besupplied.Generally HSS Dies are manufactured out of M2 gradematerial. However dies in 5% Co. (M35) and TIN Coated can also besupplied. Company is having in house facility for allmachining, and heat-treatment also equipped with Thread Grindingfacility and Carl Zeiss Tool makers Microscope for inspection sothat each master tap is checked for thread form as well as pitcherror.
