LTD. was established inthe year 1979. It manufacturers "nkp" brand CIRCULAR THREADINGDIES as well as HEXAGonAL DIE NUTS both in HSS as well as ALLOYSTEEL. It is catering to Indian as well as Globalmarket. It produces Dies in standard as well as non standardthread forms, RH as well as LH, coarse as well as finepitches.

1. MULTI START DIES CAN ALSO be supplied. CIRCULAR THREADCUTTING DIES and HEX DIE NUTS are being produced to BS, IS, DIN& American Standards.The company produce dies to "CUSTOMERSPECIFICATION" also. Generally dies supplied are cut threads,split and thread produced are to medium / 6g / 2Atolerance. 
2. However solid ground (Lapped threads) dies, can also besupplied against specific orders. Company is specialised inmanufacturing dies to various thread tolerance such as 2A, 3A, 6g,8g, 4h, 6h, 6e, etc. Dies suitable to cut S. S., Brass, Copper,Aluminum can be supplied.
3. Generally HSS Dies are manufactured out of M2 grade material.However dies in 5% Co. (M35) and TIN Coated can also besupplied. 
4. Company is having in house facility for all machining, andheat-treatment also equipped with Thread Grinding facility and CarlZeiss Tool makers Microscope for inspection so that each master tapis checked for thread form as well as pitch error. 
5. Delivery of special dies / thread forms are faster as companydo not have to depend on outside help. The company is exporting itsproducts to many countries.
