CIRCULAR THREAD CUTTING DIES and HEX DIE NUTS are being produced toBS, IS, DIN & American Standards.

The company produce dies to "CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION"also. 

Generally dies supplied are cut threads, split and thread producedare to medium / 6g / 2A tolerance. 

However solid ground (Lapped threads) dies, can also be suppliedagainst specific orders. Company is specialised in manufacturingdies to various thread tolerance such as 2A, 3A, 6g, 8g, 4h, 6h,6e, etc. Dies suitable to cut S. S., Brass, Copper, Aluminum can besupplied.

Generally HSS Dies are manufactured out of M2 grade material.However dies in 5% Co. (M35) and TIN Coated can also besupplied. 

Company is having in house facility for all machining, andheat-treatment also equipped with Thread Grinding facility and CarlZeiss Tool makers Microscope for inspection so that each master tapis checked for thread form as well as pitch error. 

Delivery of special dies / thread forms are faster as company donot have to depend on outside help. The company is exporting itsproducts to many countries
